ฉันไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมคุณถึงทำแบบนี้ แต่ถ้าคุณต้องการเข้าถึงเทมเพลตในไฟล์สเปค แทนที่จะใช้ input ให้ใช้ viewchild ในคอมโพเนนต์

ดังนั้นรหัสที่ใช้จะเป็น

class TestComponent {
  @ViewChild('tpl') public tpl: ElementRef;
  ...
}
